Estimates & scope

All pricing, timelines and scope of work are finalized only through a written itemized estimate signed by both parties. Verbal statements and website content are not binding.

Warranty

Workmanship warranties are provided in writing on each project. Manufacturer warranties on materials pass through to the customer per the manufacturer’s terms.

Intellectual property

All content, photographs and copy on this site are the property of Aesthetic Construction LLC and may not be reused without written permission.
