Our Process

How We Work, Step by Step

A clear process from the first phone call to the final cleanup—so you know exactly what to expect on your project.

  1. Step 01

    Free Estimate

We start by listening. Every project begins with a conversation about what you need, followed by a careful walk-through of the space and a detailed written estimate with clear scope and pricing.

    • Listen to the client's needs and goals
    • Evaluate the project carefully on-site
    • Provide a detailed, written estimate
  2. Step 02

    Project Preparation

Before any drywall work begins, we set up the job site to protect your home. Floors are covered, furniture is moved or wrapped, and adjacent finishes are masked so nothing outside our scope is affected.

    • Floor protection with heavy-duty coverings
    • Furniture moved or fully wrapped
    • Adjacent finishes and trim masked
    • Work area prepared and dust-controlled
  3. Step 03

    Professional Installation

Materials are selected for each project based on the assembly and current product availability. Depending on the job, drywall may come from manufacturers such as USG Sheetrock, National Gypsum or CertainTeed, and joint compounds are chosen to match the finish, humidity and schedule of the space. Our focus is on professional workmanship—correct fastening patterns, tight seams and clean installation—rather than promoting any single brand.

    • Drywall from trusted manufacturers based on project needs
    • Joint compounds selected for the assembly and finish
    • Consistent fastening patterns and back-blocking where needed
  4. Step 04

    Finishing

Every repair and installation is blended carefully into the surrounding surface so seams and patches disappear. We take texture matching seriously—especially on repairs—so the finished area reads as one continuous wall or ceiling.

    • Smooth Finish (Level 4 / Level 5)
    • Orange Peel
    • Knockdown
    • Hand Texture
    • Texture Matching for repairs
  5. Step 05

    Interior Painting

Professional interior painting is available to complete your project. We use high-quality paint systems—such as Sherwin-Williams when the project calls for it—selected to match sheen, durability and color goals.

    • Prime and paint newly finished drywall
    • Wall and ceiling repaints
    • Trim, doors and accent walls
  6. Step 06

    Final Inspection

Before we call a project complete, we walk the space under proper lighting to check every seam, corner and texture blend. Anything that isn't right gets fixed before you're asked to sign off.

    • Raking-light inspection of walls and ceilings
    • Touch-ups completed on the spot
    • Client walk-through and sign-off
  7. Step 07

    Final Cleanup

Work areas are cleaned before we consider the project complete. Drywall scraps, dust and materials are removed, protective coverings are pulled up, and the space is left ready to use.

    • Debris hauled off-site
    • Floors vacuumed and wiped down
    • Protection removed and space reset
