What we take on
Drywall subcontracting scope
One accountable drywall scope, from board to paint. Specify what you need — full hang-to-paint packages or individual phases that slot into your schedule.
Drywall hanging
Board hung tight on new walls and ceilings, screws set to depth, layouts planned to minimize butt joints and waste.
Taping & mudding
Joints and corners taped and coated in multiple thin passes, with drying time planned around site conditions.
Level 4 & Level 5 finishing
Level 4 for standard rooms; full Level 5 skim coats for bright great rooms, tall ceilings and glossy paints.
Texture
Orange peel, knockdown and hand textures applied consistently across units, or surfaces skimmed smooth.
Interior painting
Primer and finish coats on walls, ceilings and trim, coordinated with the drywall scope so one crew owns the surface.
Metal framing
Metal stud framing combined with the drywall scope for partitions and small commercial build-outs.

Residential new construction
Custom homes, spec homes, additions and ADUs — drywall, finishing, texture and paint as a single coordinated scope.
Remodels & renovations
Wall removals, room conversions and whole-house updates where new drywall has to tie into existing surfaces cleanly.
Small commercial
Select commercial projects up to 20,000 square feet and 20 feet in height, reviewed individually for scope, schedule and staffing. School and hospital projects are not accepted.
Every project is reviewed individually. Acceptance depends on scope, location, duration, materials, scheduling, staffing and economics — send your plans and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.

What GCs and builders can expect
Aesthetic Construction is owner-operated. The person who walks your plans is the person responsible for the work — with additional labor brought in per project as the scope requires.
- Written, itemized estimates that separate hanging, finishing, texture and paint so you can plug numbers straight into your bid.
- Certificate of insurance (COI) and W-9 available on request; Additional Insured status depends on policy terms and insurer approval.
- Scheduling coordinated with your timeline and other trades, with professional communication from estimate to walkthrough.
- Clean, organized jobsites — floors and finished surfaces protected, dust contained, debris removed at the end of each phase.

We're based in Portland and don't maintain offices in service cities — every project is reviewed and scheduled individually.
