Drywall Installation
Hanging new drywall on residential remodels, additions and new construction. Sheetrock cut tight to openings, screwed to code and prepared for a clean finish.
Aesthetic Construction is a licensed, bonded and insured drywall contractor serving homeowners, builders and business owners throughout Portland and the surrounding metro area. From single-room repairs to full new-construction drywall scopes, texture matching and interior painting — we deliver clean, uniform interiors, on schedule, from one accountable crew.

Aesthetic Construction is a locally owned, owner-operated drywall and interior painting contractor based in Portland, Oregon. We work directly with homeowners, general contractors, remodelers, property managers and small commercial clients across the metro — from Beaverton and Hillsboro on the west side to Gresham, Happy Valley and Oregon City on the east.
Because drywall is the surface people actually see, we treat every project as a finish job — not a rough-in. That means proper framing coordination, screws driven to depth, back-blocked joints where they belong, taping and floating done in multiple coats, and texture matched to what's already on the wall. When we paint, the same crew that finished the wall carries the project to the last coat, so patches and repairs don't show through under Portland's raking morning light.
We're licensed as an Oregon general contractor (CCB #252320), bonded through the Construction Contractors Board and fully insured. Every estimate is free and written, every project has a single point of contact — the owner — and every job site is protected, cleaned daily and cleaned again at the end.

Portland's housing stock, ADU-friendly zoning and active small-business scene create a specific mix of drywall work. Here's where our schedule fills up — and what we do differently on each of these project types.

Craftsman bungalows in Northeast, ranches in Southwest and mid-century homes throughout the metro often mix original plaster with newer drywall. We tie the two together with matched textures so repairs disappear.
Kitchen and bath remodels, wall removals, and whole-home refreshes almost always need drywall patching, refinishing and texture matching before paint. We handle it in-house.
Portland's ADU-friendly zoning has made backyard cottages, garage conversions and basement units a common project. We hang, finish, texture and paint the full interior.
Finishing an unfinished basement is one of the fastest ways to add livable space in a Portland home. We coordinate around framing, insulation and moisture control to deliver a clean, code-ready finish.
Detached and attached garages converted into offices, gyms, studios and ADUs. Fire-rated drywall assemblies handled correctly and finished to match the rest of the home.
Small-office refreshes, meeting-room partitions and post-move-in patch and paint — scheduled after hours or on weekends when your team can't be interrupted.
Retail, restaurant and service tenant improvements up to approximately 20,000 sq ft — new demising walls, ceilings, finishing and paint coordinated with your GC or delivered as a stand-alone scope.
A repeatable process is the reason our finished walls look consistent across every project. Here's exactly what happens from your first phone call to the final walkthrough.
