Residential drywall is our main focus. Small-office drywall projects may be considered up to 20,000 square feet and 20 feet in height; both limits apply, with acceptance based on scope, location, duration, materials, scheduling, staffing and economics. School and hospital projects are excluded.
What office drywall installation really involves
Small-office scopes may include private-office partitions, conference-room drywall and repairs. Framing, acoustic details and Level 4 or Level 5 finishes are reviewed against the project plans.
Conference rooms and private offices are where sound performance matters most. Standard demising walls stop at the ceiling grid, which lets sound cross over the top. If sound isolation is important, we build walls to deck with sound-attenuation blanket and sealed penetrations — that upgrade is a small percentage of total cost and a huge difference in day-to-day experience.
Finish standard is Level 4 as default, Level 5 in class-A lobbies, executive offices and accent-lit conference walls. All work coordinated with your electrical, low-voltage, HVAC and ceiling-grid trades so no one is stepping on anyone else's schedule.
